We sponsored House Bill 10173, seeking to amend the outdated Condominium Act. The current voting requirements have hindered the redevelopment of aging condominium projects, most of which are 30 years old.

Originally enacted six decades ago, the law mandates a cumbersome voting process for certain actions. Our new proposed bill aims to simplify the voting process, making redevelopment more feasible.
