United in the effort for the environment and the blue economy, the Office of Cong. Kiko Benitez District Staff, LGU of E.B. Magalona led by Mayor Marvin Malacon, the University of St. La Salle ABM Student Council led by Maia Lianza Malacon and Daniel Marie Golez, Tomongtong Barangay Council, Tomongtong Mangrove Eco-Trail Women Workers’ Association, Tomongtong Fisherfolks Association, and the Association of Tourism Workers of Negros Occidental, came together for a collaborative mangrove planting and coastal cleanup at Tomongtong Eco Trail, E.B. Magalona, on November 25, 2023.
