Cong. Kiko Benitez’s Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) Bill, aiming to provide comprehensive nutrition and early education for children under 5, APPROVED by the Committee on Education.

Dapat indi lang Day Care Center ang mapatigayon naton sa bata, kundi dapat level-up kita para COMPLETE package paagi sa Child Development Center! Para proper nutrisyon kag quality learning ang ma baton sang aton mga chikiting.

I’m happy to announce nga gin-aprubahan na sang Committee on Basic Education ang substitute bill sa aton House Bill No. 8393 that seeks to strengthen our ECCD system and ensure optimal health and development of children under 5 years of age.

This will be done by making sure programs on nutrition and early childhood education are aligned and by making sure that our LGUs provide ECCD services through child development centers.
