Congressman Kiko Benitez together with Cong. Stephen Paduano and Cong. Juliet Marie Ferrer, filed House Bill 9310. This bill will grant the Negros Electric Power Corporation (NEPC) a franchise to distribute power to Bago, Bacolod, Talisay, Silay, Murcia, and Don Salvador Benedicto. Our objective is to enhance power services through NEPC as Negros Occidental’s first private distribution utility.
