Congressman Francisco “Kiko” Benitez was installed as Honorary Member of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines – Negros Occidental Council during the 67th Annual Council Meeting held in Victorias City, August 13, 2021.

Also installed as Honorary Chairman of the Council was Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson.

The meeting was hosted by the Eagle Scouts of Victorias City.

Among those who graced the occasion were Regional Scout Director Michael Indoma, Negros Occ. Schools Division Superintendent Marsette Sabbaluca, and Victorias Mayor Francis Frederick Palanca.

BSP Council officers, commissioners and other delegates from towns and cities of the province also attended.*
