Congressman Kiko Benitez Commends Murcia for the Establishment of New Bagsakan Market
Congressman Kiko Benitez commends the Municipality of Murcia, under the leadership of Mayor Gerry M. Rojas, for successfully establishing a BAGSAKAN MARKET in Barangay Zone II on September 28, 2023.
Congressman Kiko Benitez filed House Bill 4303, which aims to create “Bagsakan Markets” all across the nation.
This initiative is designed to empower farmers, livestock sellers, and livestock raisers by allowing them to directly sell their products to institutional buyers, ultimately enabling them to achieve higher profits.
