The Office of Cong. Kiko Benitez facilitated the turn over 3 rolls of Black Hose to Informal Settlers of Barangay Zone 4A at Hope Gawad Kalinga Village at Barangay Cabatangan, Talisay City.
The hose will address the lack of waterlines in the area. Present in the turn-over was Roland Jay Olvido of the Talisay Housing Office and Talisay Coordinator Bonirose Dajay.
